My bestest friend made this for me -- hurrah for her! because otherwise I probably never would have ventured into the world of online journaling. I've kept a journal since I was eleven years old, though I've slacked off since becoming a Grown Up with a Proper Job, and now have three boxes full of notebooks of various sizes (and handwriting of various legibility). I'm not sure how I'll manage preserving this one, but that's a task for another day...

I'm a rabid reader, a decent writer, a professional librarian/archivist, quite a good pool and darts player, a lover of wine and cheese, among other things. Mr Psmith and I are owned by a dog, two cats, seven twelve spiders, and a shifting number of fish and small rodents.
