Thank you, Bob and Dan

Tested two of my recent short stories in the writing analyzer mentioned by stellamoon and ladyoneill. Pretty funny what it spit out. As a quality check, I went to Project Gutenberg and grabbed some Dickens and Twain. After removing any identifiable names (e.g. Tom Sawyer) I tested them and it got both of them correct, so it's not too far off, I guess.

I'm not quite sure how one manages to write like BOTH these people, but hey, they're both big sellers, so maybe I'm doing OK. Although Dan Brown may not be the highest literary praise, Robert Louis Stevenson isn't bad :)

Well MY Dan Brown didn't have any porn at all. Wonder what that means. Maybe it ignores four-letter words?

Hmmm. And what exactly was flagellating?

They're both popular authors writing about religion separated by 200ish years?

Do you write about religion a lot?

I might try entering some of mine later, but I suspect my recent short stories are going to return a result of Joan Collins...

I think I got RLS because that one was a sea story. The other one was set in a church though it had nothing to do with religion per se, so that's probably the Dan Brown connection. Never would have thought of that, thanks!
